义文化与社区营造：基于南京市Y街道的行动研究

Yi-Culture and Community Building:An Action Research of Y Sub-district in Nanjing City

城市化的快速发展使得大量失地农民迁入拆迁安置社区,针对拆迁安置社区居民普遍出现的生活不适应、社会支持网络断裂等状况,开展旨在重建社会关系网络的社区营造行动迫在眉睫。本文以南京市Y街道为研究对象,从分析社区居民共有的"情义"、"礼义"、"正义"、"信义"文化出发,以行动研究法为指导方法,提出构建"社区文化——居民参与——行动研究"的行动模型,通过构建共有的物理和心理空间重建社区关系、培养居民的参与意识。本次行动研究在过程上采用五阶段模型,具体行动实施方法包括"义集"、"义仓"、"义坊"的建立与发展。

The rapid development of urbanization has caused a large number of landless peasants moving into theresettlement community.The community building focusing on rebuilding the social network is imminent for thesituation that the residents of the resettlement community are not accustomed to the lifestyle and the social supportnetwork has been broken down.This research takes the Y sub-district in Nanjing city as the research object toanalyze the culture of“friendship”,“righteousness”,“justice”and“faith”within community residents,and putsforward an action model of“community culture-residents’participation-action research”with the method of actionresearch.Community relations and cultivate residents’awareness of participation are rebuilt by the construction ofthe shared physical and psychological space.The process of the action research is a fi ve-stage model and the specifi cimplementation methods include establishing and developing“Yi-market“,“Yi-warehouse”and“Yi-workshop”.
