摘要
榛果苞干腐病主要危害榛子果苞,是近年来发生较重的新病害,为了筛选出合理药剂对病害进行综合防治,采用生长速率法对榛果苞干腐病致病菌Trichothecium roseum进行常用杀菌剂的敏感性测定。试验结果表明:榛果苞干腐病菌对不同供试杀菌剂的敏感性存在一定差异,其中对40%多菌灵SC、40%苯醚甲环唑SC和45%咪鲜胺EA的敏感性最高,EC50值分别为0.533 3、1.284 3和1.544 8μg·m L-1;对75%百菌清WP、46%多抗锰锌WP和70%甲基硫菌灵WP的敏感性次之。
By mycelium growth rate methods,the sensitivity of Trichothecium roseum to six kinds of fungicides was tested.The results showed that there were differences in sensitivities of T.roseum to six kinds of fungicides,i.e.T.roseumwere more sensitive to40%Carbendazim SC,40%Difenoconazole SC and45%Prochloraz EA with EC50values of0.5333,1.2843and1.5448μg·mL-1respectively,and less sensitive to75%Chlorothalonil WP,46%Carbendazim mancozebWP and70%Thiophanate-methyl WP.
