摘要
针对普通的混凝土存在刚度较大、柔性不足且抵抗变形能力较小等问题,提出一种基于差热分析的聚合物掺杂改性混凝土及对其微观结构的影响研究方法。该方法先对聚合物掺杂改性混凝土的基本力学性能进行实验研究,实验中采用聚合物掺量为0、0.05、0.10、0.15这四种配比进行设计,由此得到聚合物掺杂量对聚合物掺杂改性混凝土力学性能的影响,在此基础上结合电镜、孔结构以及差热分析法进行聚合物掺杂改性混凝土的微观结构性能试验,从聚合物掺杂改性混凝土的微观结构方面分析混凝土掺加聚合物后的影响,以及对聚合物掺杂改性混凝土后具有的改性机理进行分析,并利用聚合物掺杂改性混凝土的性能试验和钻孔检测法,对聚合物掺杂改性混凝土的微观结构进行验证。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效提高混凝土路面的使用价值,同时对研究具有更优性能的混凝土有一定的参考价值。
According to the ordinary concrete existence of larger stiffness,lack of flexibility and resistanceof small deformation capacity,proposed a modified concrete doped polymer based on differential thermalanalysis and the influence of microstructure research methods.Experimental study on the mechanicalproperties of the modified method of concrete polymer doped base polymer used in the experiment theaddition amount of the four kinds of design for the0,0.05,0.10,0.15ratio,the effect of mechanicalperformance of concrete modification of polymer doped polymer doping amount,on the basis of thecombination of electron microscopy,pore structure and microstructure of differential thermal analysis ofdoped polymer modified concrete The performance test,from the aspects of doped polymer modifiedconcrete micro structure analysis of influence of concrete after mixing the polymer,and the polymermodified concrete doping has modified mechanism analysis,performance test and drill detecting methodand using doped polymer modified concrete,to verify the microstructure of polymer modified concretedoped.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the concretepavement use value,at the same time with the better performance of the concrete has a certain referencevalue.
