摘要
解决长春市燃气余热回收利用的问题,提出一种民用燃气余热回收利用监测及节能控制方法。该方法首先依据能量守恒定律确定燃气余热回收装置的平衡关系,以燃气低热值为基础,燃气余热的回收利用节能进行改造后的总效率为燃气利用效率与余热回收利用装置的燃气利用节能率之和。通过燃气余热回收装置温度的变化来判断高温烟气与工件间的热气交换程度,并及时调整燃气的输出量,完成对燃气的输出量进行最优化的余热回收利用监测及节能控制。实验证明,所提方法能有效地提高燃气回收利用率及节能效率。
In order to solve the problem of waste heat recovery and utilization in Changchun City,a methodof monitoring and energy-saving control for waste heat recovery of civil gas was proposed.The methodfirst determined according to the law of conservation of energy balance between gas heat recovery device,gas with low calorific value as the basis,the total efficiency of gas recovery and utilization of waste heatenergy after modification for gas utilization efficiency and waste heat recycling device of the gasutilization rate and energy saving.By changing the temperature of the gas heat recovery device todetermine the high temperature flue gas and the workpiece heat exchange degree,and timely adjustmentof output gas,waste heat recovery of gas output to complete the optimized use monitoring and energysaving control.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the gasrecovery efficiency and energy efficiency.
