基于AHP的棚改后环境归属感评价模型研究

Evaluation Model of Environment Attributed to the Renovation of Shanty Areas Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

研究首先在参考国内外相关资料,并结合专家意见的基础上,选取六项一级指标和二十六项二级指标建立评价指标体系,创建了棚户区改造后环境归属感评价模型。其次,采取问卷调查法,对徐州四个棚户区改造的案例进行调研;运用棚户区改造后环境归属感评价模型,对四个案例改造后的环境归属感进行评价对比。最后,研究对棚户区改造后的环境归属感的理论意义和实践意义进行总结,为指导棚户区改造提供理论依据和评价依据。

Firstly,6first class indicators and26second class indicators were chosen to set up theevaluation system based on the hierarchy and the representativeness of these evaluation indictors,andthen the assessment model of the environmental sense of belonging after the renovation of shanty areaswas established.Secondly,through the use of this assessment model four shanty areas in Xuzhou wereanalyzed and compared based on the questionnaire.Finally,the meaning of the research on theenvironmental sense of belonging after the renovation of shanty areas was summarized.
