基于ArcGis的合作市震害评估信息系统

The Cooperative City Information System of Earthquake Damage Based on Arc Gis

在全面的分析地震破坏的规律及特点的基础上,本文以合作市为例进行系统开发设计。利用ArcGis Engine提供的组件,在.Net平台下完成ArcGis的二次开发,通过空间数据库(文件Geodatabase)和关系数据库(SQL server)进行数据存储、管理,实现对合作市信息的快速查询、属性查询、图形查询、编辑等功能。系统统计合作市房屋建筑及建筑结构的数量,同时评估出不同结构建筑的破坏情况,并利用这些信息以及房屋建筑的面积、不同时间段的人口密度等信息,评估不同地区和时间内的伤亡率。。

Based on the overall analysis to the laws and characteristics of earthquake damage,this paper develops and designs the system with an example of the cooperative city.Using the components provided by ArcGis Engine,completing the development of the ArcGis on the.Net platform.The system realizes the quick query,attribute query,graph query,editing and so on by storing and managing the data stored in the space database(file Geodatabase)and relationship(SQL server).The system counts the architecture and the structure of architecture,meanwhile evaluates the degree of damage,and evaluates the casualty rate in different region and time.
