摘要
近些年来,随着加工原油性质的劣化,炼厂设备的腐蚀问题日益突出。本文通过对陕北某炼油厂常减压装置腐蚀机理研究,提出一系列防腐蚀对策,重点对减压塔填料中实验应用的CTS不锈钢抗腐蚀技术进行介绍,通过现场应用对比,该技术抗腐蚀性能良好,具备推广意义。
The corrosion in oil refinery occurs frequently with the deterioration of crude oil in recent years.This article describes the corrosion mechanism of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit(ADU and VDU)at one oil refinery in Northern Shanxi.It proposes a series of anti-corrosion methods and underlines the CTS stainless steel anti-corrosion technique in filling the vacuum distillation tower.The experiment has proved the technique performs well in anticorrosion and deserves wide promotion.
