摘要
分析了火炬系统在设计采购和制造中未充分考虑火炬气低负荷和小流量持续排放的工况下,造成火炬系统火炬头持续焖烧发生局部高温变形,部分附件脱落和损坏的原因,并提出了积极有效的改造技术措施和应对办法。
This paper provides insight into causes of the failures in the torch system such as local high temperature deformation caused by continuous burning at torch head,attachments falling and damage as a result of not considering the torch gas in low load and small flow discharge in the design,manufacture and procurement.The technical modification and solutions are offered.
