摘要 化学制浆过程产生的工业木质素是重要的化工原料,广泛应用于材料、石油、建筑、农林等领域。本文探讨了松木硫酸盐木质素对沥青性能的影响,采用红外、热重、差示扫描量热、光学显微镜等手段表征了木质素改性沥青的性能。结果显示,木质素在沥青中分布均匀,相容性较好,属于物理混合,木质素的掺加可降低改性沥青的温度敏感性,改善高温稳定性,低温抗裂性未受影响,同时抗老化性能也得到提高。木质素在改性沥青中的添加量可达20%,具有良好的应用前景。 Modified asphalt used as pavement material was prepared with pine Kraft lignin produced from pulpmills,and the properties of lignin modified asphalt(LMA)were characterized by optical microscopy,Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetry(TG).The results showed that the addition of lignin resulted in increase in high temperature performance as well inanti-aging performance,and a decrease in temperature sensibility of lignin modified asphalt.Lignin could bedispersed into asphalt as small particles and became more uniform distribution in the asphalt,the compatibilitybetween them was good.The addition amount of lignin in modified asphalt could reach20%,which will be agood prospect of application for kraft lignin.
