党的十八大报告强调:"反腐倡廉必须常抓不懈,拒腐防变必须警钟长鸣"。腐败就像一个无比可怕的蛀虫,严重影响政府的公信力,动摇党的执政基础,随时都有可能将一个国家侵蚀殆尽,因此,我国高度重视反腐倡廉工作的开展。"远亲不如近邻"这句俗语,体现出我国对于近邻文化的强烈关注,越南、马来西亚、日本、韩国、中国香港地区和新加坡作为中国的"近邻",在法律文化背景方面与我国有着千丝万缕的关系,通过比较分析它们成功的反腐法制经验,我们可以加以学习,并立足于我国现阶段的国情,探寻有中国特色的反腐倡廉道路。
