企业受利益驱动,道德功能弱化,食品监管部门监管范围有限,食品安全问题没能很好的解决。在这种情况下,监管部门尤其地方监管部门和公众之间及时的信息沟通和交流变得十分重要。由于监督部门自身面临利益冲突、角色冲突以及负面激励冲突等多方面困难,使得食品安全信息公开变的十分不易。

Enterprises are driven by interests,the moral function weakened,coupled with food regulatory authorities have limited scope,food safety problems can not be solved well.In this case,timely communication between regulators,especially local regulators and the public,becomes important.Because of the conflicts of interest,conflict of roles and negative incentives and other difficulties faced by supervision departments themselves,making food safety information disclosure is very difficult.
