教师专业主义的重建与专业创新型人才的培养 被引量:2

摘要 专业主义是规定知识分子之所以是知识分子的本质东西。教育大众化的政策选择是造成高校教师专业主义缺失的体制原因,复合型人才观的导向是造成高校教师专业主义缺失的市场原因,高校教师专业主义对专业创新型人才培养具有意义。基于专业创新型人才培养模式下的高校教师专业主义重建的对策有:继承与创新相结合,构建大学教育新观念,创建高等教育新体系;确立教师与权力、经济的边界,使其回归理性、回归专业;以教师为"专业主体",创新课程体系建设。 Professionalism is the essence to define intellectuals.The systematic reason for the lack of college teachers'professionalism is the policy of education popularization,while the market reason for the phenomenon is the orientation of the concept of compound talents.The author thinks that college teachers'professionalism has great significance for cultivating specialty-related innovative talents.The countermeasures for reconstructing college teachers'professionalism based on the mode of specialty-related innovative talents cultivation are as follows:combining inheritance with innovation to construct new college education concept and set up a new higher education system;set a boundary between teachers and power as well as economy to help them return to rationality and specialty;innovate course system construction with teachers as the“specialty subjects”.
