基于移动互联网的高校资产管理优化研究

Research on the Optimization of University Asset Management Based on Mobile Internet

由于高校规模越来越大,信息化要求越来越高,传统的高校资产管理方式已不能满足管理需求。高校资产管理在资产购置、领用、调配、处置等方面,是一个复杂而数据庞大的系统,仅靠PC端资产管理系统和人工登记,容易出现信息更新滞后、不易查询等问题。在传统的PC端资产管理系统的基础上,采用微信平台和二维码技术,设计并实现基于移动互联网的高效资产管理系统。系统经试运行,显著提高了资产管理的便捷性和高效性。

Due to the increasing scale of colleges and universities,the demand for information is getting higherand higher;the traditional college asset management methods can not meet the management needs.The assetmanagement includes asset purchase,receiving,distribution,disposal and other aspects,which is a complicatedand enormous data system.Only relying on the PC client asset management system and manual registration islikely to cause information updating lag,thus difficult of query among other problems.In this paper,on top ofthe traditional PC asset management system,we design and implement an efficient asset management system usingWeChat platform and two-dimensional code technology based on mobile Internet.The system has been running forhalf a year in our school,which has considerably enhanced the convenience and efficiency of asset management.
