以现代学徒制为研究背景,结合工匠精神的内涵,分析现代学徒制特有的跨部门的合作机制、招生即就业的模式以及独特的人才培养制度为培育工匠精神带来的种种机遇,并就现代学徒制中存在的外在保障制度、校企合作中企业参与度不足、师资队伍建设有待加强这几方面的缺陷提出了建议和解决策略,以期有助于工匠精神的培育与传承。

Combining the connotation of craftsmanship spirit,the essay is written under the research backgroundof modern apprenticeship system,which aims to analyze the special inter-departmental cooperation mechanism,enrollment mode and the opportunities that unique talents training system for the cultivation of craftsman spiritbrings about.In order to contribute to the cultivation and the inheritance of craftsmanship spirit,suggestionsand solutions are put forward according to the deficiencies below:the lack of the external security system inapprenticeship system;the lack of enterprise participation in the school-enterprise cooperation,and the incompleteconstruction of the faculty.
