摘要
介绍了高炉煤气系统腐蚀的主要成因。从湿法除酸原理以及碱液耗量提出了目标控制值。给出了主要按冷凝水p H值来选择除酸工艺的一种方法。
The main causes of corrosion in blast furnace gas system are introduced.The target control values are put forward based on the principle of wet process acid removal and lye consumption.A method for selecting acid removal process based mainly on the pH value of gas condensate is proposed.
