CFB锅炉污染物超低排放的运行探讨

摘要 CFB锅炉(又称循环流化床锅炉)具有污染物控制成本低、燃煤适应性广等优点,但其排放物严格受到国家环保标准限制。针对CFB锅炉在使用中产生的污染物超标超限现象,通过调整一、二次风比例、燃煤粒径分配比例、床温控制优化等技术措施,实现了提高炉内脱硫脱硝效率,降低SO_2及NOX的排放浓度,满足了最新环保要求。 The CFB boiler(or circulating fluidized bed boiler)has the advantages of low pollutant control cost and high coal adaption,but its emissions are strictly limited by national environmental standard.To rectify the excessive pollutant emission during CFB boiler operation,technical measures such as adjusting the primary and secondary air ratio,coal particle size ratio and optimizing bed temperature control were taken,which achieved improvement of desulfuration and denitration efficiency in the boiler,reduction of SO2and NOX discharge concentration and satisfying the latest environment protection requirement.
