摘要
预沉池是污水处理系统中重要的设备,而刮泥机小轮是预沉池正常运行的关键组件。为了保证预沉池的平稳运行,小轮半年需更换一次。经过研究,改变了小轮及组件的尺寸和材质,实现了预沉池小轮一年更换一次的目标。
Preliminary sedimentation tank is of important equipment in sewage treatment system and the mud scraper is a key component in normal operation of the preliminary sedimentation tank.To ensure smooth operation of the tank,the small wheel needs to be replaced every six months.After study,we changed the size and material of the small wheel and its components,which achieved the goal of replacing the small wheel in the preliminary sedimentation tank once a year.
