Research and Application of Upgrading the PLC Control System of Sinter Process

马钢A、B烧结生产线控制系统服役时间长,部分模块已经停产,备件无法采购。上位机软件、编程软件的版本较低,无法安装到新的计算机平台上,软硬件的兼容性差。为此对现役5套冗余主机架及远程机架的部分PLC模块进行升级、操作员站计算机硬件及相应软件升级并增设历史数据记录服务器,满足了生产的需要。

The control systems of Masteel’s A and B sinter lines have served for a long time and some of the modules can no longer be purchased due to manufacture stop.The version of the upper PC software as well as the programming software is too low to be installed into new computer platform with poor software and hardware compatibility.Therefore,some of the PLC modules of existing5redundant stands and remote stands were upgraded,the hardware and related software of operator’s PC were upgraded and a historic data record server was added,which satisfied the production demand.
