应用MSCT评价肝细胞癌微血管侵犯及临床预后情况

Evaluation of Microvascular Invasion and Clinical Prognosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma by MSCT

目的:应用MSCT评价肝细胞癌微血管侵犯及临床预后情况,提高临床医生对肝细胞癌的认识。方法:收集整理经赤峰学院附属医院及齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院诊治的肝细胞癌患者63例,记录患者的AFP值、CT图像特点及有无微血管侵犯。采用独立样本t检验比较两组患者的AFP值、肿瘤大小;采用χ~2检验比较两组肿瘤包膜情况及强化方式。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:微血管侵犯组31例,无微血管侵犯组32例,血清AFP值与微血管侵犯无关;肿瘤大小、有无包膜、肿瘤快进慢出强化方式与微血管侵犯有关。结论:可以通过CT图像特点来评估肝细胞癌微血管侵犯。

Objective:To evaluate the invasion and clinical prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma by MSCT,and to improve the clinician?s knowledge of hepatocellular carcinoma.Method:Methods63patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by Hospital Affiliated to Chifeng College and Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical School were collected and recorded.The AFP value,CT image features,and microvascular invasion of the patients were recorded.The independent samples t test was used to compare the AFP value and tumor size between the two groups.The tumor envelope and reinforcement methods were compared between the two groups byχ2test.With P<0.05as the difference,there was statistical significance.Result:There were31cases of microvascular invasion and32cases without microvascular invasion,and the serum AFP value was not related to microvascular invasion.The tumor size,the presence of the capsule,the rapid advance of tumor and the enhancement mode were related to the microvascular invasion.Conclusion:CT images can be used to assess microvascular invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma.
