探讨0～3岁儿童静脉血与指血对检测血小板的影响

Investigation of effect of venous blood and finger blood for detection of platelet in children aged 0～3 years

目的探讨0~3岁儿童静脉血与指血对检测血小板的影响。方法 114例0~3岁患儿,分别采集其静脉血、末梢血,采用BC5310法(BC5310型血细胞自动分析仪)和手工法进行检测。比较两种方法血小板检测水平的差异,并分析其检验满意度情况。结果手工法、BC5310法检测静脉血血小板水平显著高于末梢血,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手工法检测末梢血血小板水平显著高于BC5310法,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。静脉血检验满意度为93.9%,显著高于末梢血的78.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉血较末梢血对检测血小板水平更高,而手工法检测对血小板检测稳定性更高,值得临床选择。

Objective To investigate the effect of venous blood and finger blood for detection of platelet in children aged0~3years.Methods Venous blood and peripheral blood were collected from114children aged0~3years,and they were detected by BC5310(BC5310blood cell automatic analyzer)and manual method.The difference between the two methods for platelet detection was compared and their detection satisfaction degree was analyzed.Results The level of platelet in venous blood was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood by manual method and BC5310method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of platelet in peripheral blood was significantly higher than that of BC5310by manual method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of venous blood detection was93.9%,which was significantly higher than that of peripheral blood78.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the peripheral blood,the venous blood has higher level of platelet detection,and the manual method is more stable.It shall be recommended in clinical practice.
