探讨米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的疗效

Investigation on efficacy of mirtazapine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorders

目的探讨抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者接受米氮平与帕罗西汀治疗的临床效果。方法 60例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组接受帕罗西汀治疗,观察组使用米氮平治疗。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.3%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过8周治疗后,观察组的HAMA评分为(5.79±2.12)分,低于对照组的(7.34±2.09)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者临床中接受米氮平治疗的效果比帕罗西汀优秀,患者的治疗依从性较高,安全可靠,可以推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mirtazapine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorders patients.Methods A total of60depression complicated with sleep disorders patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine.Comparison were made on treatment effect and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score before and after treatment between two groups.Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as83.3%than60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After8weeks of treatment,the observation group had lower HAMA score as(5.79±2.12)points than(7.34±2.09)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirtazapine shows better treatment effect than paroxetine in treating depression complicated with sleep disorders patients,and the treatment compliance of patients is higher.It is safe and reliable and can be popularized and used.
