一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩质量和护理满意度的影响

Influence of one to one responsibility midwifery nursing on delivery quality and nursing satisfaction of primipara

目的分析一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩质量和护理满意度的影响。方法 120例初产妇,随机分为标准组和对照组,各60例。对照组产妇进行一般产科护理,标准组产妇在一般产科护理的基础上给予一对一责任制助产护理。比较两组产妇的分娩方式(顺产、阴道助产、剖宫产)、产时出血量、产程时间及护理满意度。结果标准组产妇的分娩方式优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。标准组产妇的产时出血量少于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。标准组的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的71.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一对一责任制助产护理可提高初产妇分娩质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of one to one responsibility midwifery nursing on delivery quality and nursing satisfaction of primipara.Methods A total of120primipara were randomly divided into standard group and control group,with60cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the standard group received one to one responsibility midwifery nursing on the basis of general nursing.Comparison were made on delivery methods(natural labor,vaginal midwifery,cesarean section),amount of bleeding at birth,duration of labor and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results The standard group had better delivery methods than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard group had less amount of bleeding at birth than the control group,and shorter duration of labor than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standard group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as96.67%than71.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One to one responsibility midwifery nursing can improve the delivery quality and nursing satisfaction of primipara,and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
