基于可视化分析的公共图书馆微信服务研究

Research on WeChat Services of Public Libraries in China based on Visualization Analysis

大数据时代,公共图书馆微信服务研究应该引起学界的重视。文章以CNKI为数据源,基于文献计量和社会网络分析理论,利用SATI3.2、MATLAB和Ucinet等工具,采用词频分析、随机矩阵、共词分析等技术实现文献年代分布、来源期刊分布、来源机构分布、高频关键词共现网络的可视化,从而发现我国公共图书馆微信服务研究的现状和关注热点,同时利用CONCOR聚类分析和块模型分析发现我国公共图书馆微信服务研究的热点领域。

In the era of big data,WeChat services of public libraries deserve more attention of researchers.Thispaper,taking CNKI as data sources,employs the bibliometrics and social network analysis theories,tools of SATI3.2,MATLAB and Ucinet,and technologies of word frequency analysis,stochastic matrix and co-word analysis tovisualize publishing years of the papers,their source journals,source institutions,and high frequency keyword cocitationnetworks,hence revealing research developments and focuses of WeChat services of public libraries in China.Meanwhile,CONCOR clustering analysis and block model analysis are adopted to discover hot research fields of theservices.
