五种抗癫痫药物应用分析

Analysis on the application of five kinds of antiepileptic drugs

目的合理使用、调整抗癫痫药物,提高抗癫痫药物应用水平。方法随机抽取2010年1月~2016年6月常用五种抗癫痫药物患者1 600例进行统计分析。结果临床基本根据国际抗癫痫联盟指南或中国癫痫诊疗指南用药,药物应用方案经典,有理有据应用抗癫痫药物,发挥各种药物作用,但是癫痫病因复杂,医师有单凭临床经验和观念,不合理应用抗癫痫药物,加重患者病情等问题。结论应根据癫痫发作的病因,合理应用抗癫痫药物,注意替换抗癫痫药物,宜适量增加新药、逐步减少老药,撤药速度要不影响复发;减少病因不明的使用和长期不当使用抗癫痫药物,减少癫痫患者不良反应,提高抗癫痫药物治疗效果。

Objective The application of antiepileptic drugs should be reasonable.When antiepileptic drugs need to be replaced,we should pay attentionto the speed of drug withdrawal,do not affect the recurrence,reduce the unknown etiology of use and long-term improper use of antiepileptic drugs,reducethe adverse reaction of patients with epilepsy,improve the antiepileptic drug treatment effect.Methods Randomly selected1600cases of patients used fivecommonly kinds of antiepileptic drug for statistical analysis from January2010to June2016.Results According to the guidelines of the international Leagueagainst epilepsy or epilepsy in China guidelines,the clinical patients’drug use for diagnosis and treatment were classic,reasoned with a variety of drug effects.But there were still some problems of antiepileptic drugs use under the complexity of the cause of epilepsy.For example,doctors have clinical experienceand ideas in antiepileptic drugs,which would make patients sicker.Conclusion We should make antiepileptic drugs used rationally base on the etiology ofepilepsy,adjust the antiepileptic drugs,improve the level of anti epileptic drug application.
