2013年～2015年某院肿瘤科住院患者麻醉性镇痛药使用情况分析

Analysis of the situation of narcotic drugs used in the inpatients from oncology department of Laiyang Central Hospital during 2013～2015

目的了解莱阳中心医院肿瘤科住院患者麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势,为合理有效地运用麻醉性镇痛药控制癌痛提供参考。方法运用DDD(限定日剂量)分析法,对2013年1月1日~2015年12月31日该院肿瘤科所有住院患者使用麻醉性镇痛药的数据进行统计、分析。结果肿瘤科住院患者使用麻醉性镇痛药的数量逐年增长,芬太尼透皮贴、吗啡缓释片及硫酸吗啡注射剂的用药频度始终居前三。结论该院肿瘤科住院患者麻醉性镇痛药使用情况基本合理。

Objective To research on the situation and trend of narcotic drugs application in the inpatients from oncology department of Laiyang CentralHospital,and to provide reference for patients with malignant cancer about rational use of narcotic drugs.Methods The data concerning clinical use of narcoticdrugs in the inpatients from oncology department of our hospital during2013～2015were collected for statistical analysis with the use of defined daily dose.Results The use of narcotic drugs in the inpatients from oncology department is increasing year by year.The defined daily dose system of Fentanyl TransdermalPatch,Morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets(MS Contin)and morphine injection are located in the top three during three years.Conclusion The use ofnarcotic drugs is reasonable in the inpatients from oncology department of our hospital.
