摘要
目的研究南瓜多糖对糖尿病大鼠模型的影响及肾脏的保护作用。方法以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导产生大鼠糖尿病模型,随机将模型大鼠分为糖尿病组及南瓜多糖组,设正常大鼠为对照组,各组大鼠根据分组情况分别给予空白对照和南瓜多糖连续灌胃6周。观察各组大鼠肾脏肥大指数、血糖、尿微量白蛋白、肾脏病理及肾脏Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活性的变化。结果糖尿病组大鼠体重明显下降,血糖显著升高,尿微量白蛋白排出量增加,肾脏Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活性明显升高;南瓜多糖干预后,大鼠体重增加,血糖降低,尿微量白蛋白排出量减少,肾脏Na^+,K^+-ATP酶活性降低。结论南瓜多糖对糖尿病大鼠肾脏有改善作用,对早期糖尿病肾脏病变有保护作用。
Objective This study is designed to detect the effect of pumpkin polysaccharides(PP)on renal Na+,K+-ATPase and its renal protectionin early diabetic rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into three groups,diabetic rat model without treatment(DM),diabetic rat model with PP(PP),normal control group(NC).The treatment lasts for6weeks.The indexes of mast index,blood sugar,urinary microalbumin,kidney pathology,Na+and K+-ATP enzyme activities in rats were observed.Results Compared with the NC group,DM group weight and the Na+,K+-ATPase of renal cortexlevel decreased,and fasting blood glucose,the ratio of kidney and body weight,Albβ2-MG in urine also in high level.After the pumpkin polysaccharideintervention,the rat gained weight,the blood sugar decreased,the amount of albumin was decreased,the kidney Na+,K+-ATPase activity decreased.Conclusion Pumpkin polysaccharides have some good effects on diabetes mellitus,it maybe protect the STZ-induced diabetic rats in early stage.
