馥感啉口服液治疗小儿急性支气管炎伴气虚的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of fuganlin oral liquid in treatment of bronchitis in children

目的探讨馥感啉口服液治疗小儿急性支气管炎伴有气虚患儿的疗效。方法选取2015年9月~2016年8月门诊治疗的80例急性支气管炎伴有气虚患儿进行随机分组观察,将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上加入馥感啉口服液治疗,对两组患儿的临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者的总有效率为100%(40/40),明显高于对照组的80%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽消失、肺部湿啰音消失的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿在治疗期间均无不良反应。结论馥感啉口服液对小儿急性支气管炎伴有气虚的患儿有显著疗效,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Fuganlin oral liquid on bronchitis in children with Qi deficiency.Methods80cases of children withbronchitis and Qi deficiency treated in our hospital from September2015to August2016were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group,40cases in each,the control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group adding Fuganlin oral liquid on the basis of conventional westernmedicine treatment,and to evaluate the clinical effect between two groups of children.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(100%,40/40)wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(80%,32/40),with statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).The cough disappeared time and pulmonaryrales disappeared time in the observation group also were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groupsduring the treatment period.Conclusion Fuganlin oral liquid has a significant curative effect and good safety on treatment of bronchitis in children with Qi deficiency.
