高校公共体育教师的“导学”理念 被引量:2

University public physical education teachers' "learning guidance" philosophy

摘要 高校公共体育教师是体育教育的执导者,对体育教学起到引领的重要作用。体育教师应从教育的本质出发,引导学生体育兴趣、辅导体能训练、倡导快乐体育,全面推进多元教育目标的实现。体育教师应从学生的角度思考,由"重教"向"重学"转变、由"注入"向"启发"转变,由"主演"向"导演"转变,充分突显大学生的主体作用;体育教师应以科学锻炼为准则,传导锻炼方式方法、培养锻炼习惯,授人以渔。高校公共体育教学,既要关注大学生主体作用的发挥,也要推动教师"导学"理念的实现,实现师生间的教学相长与互动共进。 University public physical education teachers are physical education executors,playing an important role in guiding physical education teaching.From the macro perspective,physical education teachers should comprehensively promote the realization of multiple education objectives by starting with education essence,basing the precondition on guiding sports interest and the foundation on tutoring stamina training.From the medium perspective,physical education teachers should think from the student perspective,change their idea from“focusing on teaching”to“focusing on learning”,change their thinking from“knowledge injection”to“interest inspiration”,change their role from“actor”to“director”,fully highlight university students'principal roles.From the micro perspective,physical education teachers should teach exercising ways,instruct exercising methods and coach exercising habits by basing the criterion on scientific training,so as to effectively complete such a teaching mission as“teaching students how to learn”.In future public physical education teaching,attention should be paid not only to the exertion of students'principal roles,but also to the execution of the teachers'“learning guidance”philosophy,so as to realize the mutual interaction and improvement between teachers and students in the process of teaching and learning.
