河南省兽药监督执法浅析

A Brief Analysis on Veterinary Drug Supervision and Law Enforcement in Henan Province

兽药监督执法工作关乎畜牧业发展,动物疫病防控和畜产品质量安全。本文梳理了河南省兽药行业现状,分析了兽药生产、经营管理、合法使用及执法监管等环节存在的问题,介绍了河南省通过健全执法体系、实施二维码追溯管理、严格执法办案等经验及成效,以期为提升我国兽药监督管理水平提供借鉴。

The veterinary drug supervision and law enforcement plays important role in animal husbandry development,animal disease prevention and control,as well as the quality and safety of animal products.In this article,thedevelopment status of veterinary medicine industry in Henan Province was reviewed,and problems existing inproduction,management,utilization and law enforcement and supervision of veterinary drugs were analyzed.Throughimproving the law enforcement system,managing and tracing veterinary drugs by QR codes and strictly enforcing thelaw and handling the cases,Henan Province gained some good experience and achievements which were also introducedhere,and all of the above analysis will provide reference for veterinary drug supervision in China.
