In the practice of law enforcement,some officials lack consciousness on evidence and do not pay attentionto evidence collection,which leads to the insufficiency of relevant proof and evidence in some cases.In this article,the definition and types of evidence,precautions for evidence collection,as well as the collection methods and requirementsfor some major evidence were discussed in the hope to share experience with colleagues.
