摘要
河南油田新疆采油厂春光作业区注汽压力高达20MPa,开始使用耐压不超过15MPa的常规热采盘根盒,经常出现井口漏汽现象,被迫提前焖井。为此研制了新型耐高压热采盘根盒。该盘根盒除了常规热采盘根盒的低压橡胶盘根和高压橡胶盘根,增加了一级金属柱塞密封机构。注汽时采用耐高温复合材料盘根加金属柱塞两级密封,耐压可达25MPa;生产时通过橡胶盘根加复合材料盘根两级密封,耐压可达18MPa。该盘根盒获国家实用新型专利(ZL201420666013.8)。目前,春光作业区156口热采井,均采用该种耐高压热采盘根盒,没有出现井口漏汽、漏油现象,满足了现场注汽、生产需要。
For no more than15MPa,the packing box of conventional thermal pressure in Henan oilfield,Xinjiang oil production plant spring operation area of steam injection pressure up to20MPa,developed anew high pressure thermal recovery packing box.The packing box of steam injection with high temperatureresistant composite packing with metal plunger two seal,pressure up to25MPa;the production of rubberpacking with composite packing two stage seal,pressure up to18MPa.The packing box won the nationalutility model patent(ZL201420666013.8).The156hot spring area wells,were used by the high pressurethermal recovery wellhead packing box,no leakage,leakage phenomenon,to meet the needs of the steam injection and production.
