摘要 针对冲击矿压煤层巷道支护难、易变性等问题,以某煤矿21220回采巷道为例,采用顶板预应力全长锚固强力锚杆锚索组合支护系统和36U型三心拱棚联合支护方式,对巷道进行支护,并进行现场矿压观测,得出:回采巷道两帮最大变形量约450mm,底鼓量400mm,顶板最大下沉量100mm;支护方案显著降低了巷道变形量,提高了巷道安全性,减少了锚杆、锚索、锚固剂、架棚的数量,极大地降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了掘进速度,该技术有较好的推广应用前景。 In order to solve the problem of difficult and easy to change the roadway in the impulse coalseam,the coal seam21220mining roadway is taken as an example.The roof prestressed full-length anchored anchor bolt and cable combination support system and the36U type three-,the roadway support,and the observation of the ground pressure,ground pressure observation,mining roadway two gangs maximum deformation of about450mm,the bottom of the drum400mm,the maximum roof subsidence100mm.The supporting scheme significantly reduces the roadway deformation,improve the roadway safety,reducethe number of bolt and anchor,anchor agent,shelf,greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improvethe tunneling speed,this technology has a good application prospect.
