河南省某引黄调蓄工程建设必要性及规模论证分析

Analysis on the Necessity and Scale Demonstration of the Construction of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Taiqian County, Henan Province

针对河南省台前县孙口灌区引黄灌溉存在的问题,从社会经济发展需求、灌溉需求及城区建设需求等方面提出引黄调蓄工程建设的必要性;根据基础资料,在初选死水位、正常蓄水位的基础上,经灌区水量平衡,进行典型年兴利调节计算,确定工程规模。

Aiming at the Problems of irrigation in Yellow River Diversion in Sunkou Irrigation District,Taiqian County,Henan Province,this paper has put forward the necessity of the construction of the Yellow River Diversion Project from the aspects of social and economic development demand,irrigation demand andurban construction demand.Then according to the basic data,and on the basis of the primary dead waterlevel and the normal water level,we have determined the scale of the project after irrigation area water balance and the typical annual profiting regulation calculation.
