摘要
太原地热开发是太原市近年的重点环保项目,担负着太原新城区集中供暖的任务。由于区块地层条件复杂,钻井中容易出现直井段偏斜、刘家沟组机械钻速低、双石地层垮塌失稳、石炭系煤层垮塌掉块、热储层漏失等问题,导致钻井周期长、成本高,严重影响了该区块的开发进程。为此,进行了区块优快钻井配套技术研究,在2016年实钻4口地热井的基础上,形成了一套以直井段防斜、刘家沟组钻井提速、PDC钻头选型、双石地层和煤层井壁稳定、热储层随钻堵漏等技术为核心的技术体系。现场应用效果良好,钻井周期大幅度缩短,工程质量获得甲方好评。
Geothermal drilling development has become an important program in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province,and it undertake the mission of central heating of the city.Because of the complicated formation,excessivedeviation in vertical section,low drilling rate in Liujiagou formation,borehole instability in Shiqianfeng&Shihezi formation,coal collapse in carboniferous formation,thermal reservoir leaking,and other problems serious effect the drilling,and it cause the long drilling cycle and high drilling expense.Some studies on optimal and fast drilling techniques had been made to solve the problems mentioned above.Based on the fourgeothermal well drilling in2016,a whole set of techniques formed,including deviation prevention in vertical section,faster drilling rate in Liujiagou formation,PDC drilling bit selection,borehole stability in Shiqianfeng&Shihezi formation and carboniferous formation,leaking stoppage in thermal reservoir.The application is good,the drilling cycle has reduced substantially and the quality of the projects get a high praise.
