供暖系统设计中热力入口值得商榷的问题研究

The Study of the Problem of Thermal Inlet in Heating System Design

本文通过对郑州高新技术开发区2016年冬诸多新建小区供暖初期效果差的问题进行分析,提出降低供暖系统阻力的改造方案,经过局部系统改造后,供暖系统循环较好,供暖效果显著提高。之后,探讨热力入口需要商榷的问题,即60目过滤器使用问题和平衡阀使用问题。

This paper based on the analysis of the2016Zhengzhou high tech Development Zone in wintermany new district heating stage the problem of poor results,put forward the reform plan to reduce the resistance of the heating system,through the local system after the transformation,the heating system heatingcycle is better,the effect was significantly improved.After that,the problem of thermal inlet was discussed,that was,the use of60mesh filter and the use of balancing valve.
