摘要
为适应空气动力学基础应用研究需求,建成0.6 m风洞研究性试验平台,并研制与之配套的测控系统。采用西门子的SIMATIC T-CPU315T为控制核心,构建一个四自由度的运动控制系统,通过以太网和其他子系统进行通信完成试验流程。详细介绍了项目的实施情况和解决的技术难题,说明调试及应用情况,给出主要结论。测试结果表明:新研制的系统性能均满足设计指标、控制精度高,标模测力试验结果良好、满足国军标值。
In order to meet the basic application research of aerodynamics,build the0.6m wind tunnel into a researchtest platform,a measurement and control system is researched and developed.Constructed the four degree freedom motioncontrol system by using SIMATIC T-CPU315as the control core and completed the whole test process through thecommunication between Ethernet and other subsystems.Introduced the project implementation and solved technologyproblems in detail.Explained debug and application situation and gave main calculation.The test results show that the newsystem performance is good,high control precision and the force measurement test results of the standard model are wellwhich satisfy to the demand of national military standard.
