浅谈隧道施工涌水处理

涌水给隧道施工甚至运营带来极大的危害,严重影响了施工进度和工程质量,甚至导致生产安全事故。本文以四川省黑水县雅克夏雪山隧道涌水事故为例,说明了涌水发生过程,分析了涌水产生原因,介绍了涌水处理方案,对涌水发生后紧急处理措施,对洞内施工排水、超前探孔、拱墙超高压劈裂注浆技术、注浆钻孔位置布设、注浆材料、注浆量、施工工艺等进行了论述。

Highway tunnel,as a typical underground engineering,in the construction process,affected by geological conditions,easy to produce a variety of diseases,of which the most serious collapse.his paper takes Jacques in Heishui County of Sichuan Province in yakexa snow mountain tunnel accident as an example,explains the occurrence of water gushing process,analyzes the causes of water inrush is introduced,water treatment scheme,emergency measures for water inrush occurred after the construction of drainage,pilot drilling,arch wall of ultra high pressure grouting technology,grouting hole layout and location grouting materials,grouting quantity and construction technology are discussed.
