摘要
民用飞机的研发主要涉及设计、制造、试飞、保障以及运营五大环节,运营保障在整个飞机全寿命周期过程中具有举足轻重的作用,由于其业务特性,所需数据种类繁多,数据结构复杂,从而导致数据管控难度较大。主数据管理模式打破传统数据管理方式,通过数据清洗、重构、集成关联建立民机保障主数据库,实现产品信息及时准确地在产品寿命周期内的流通,保障数据源的唯一性、有效性、可追溯性,提高工作效率。
The development of civil aircraft mainly involves five links:the design,manufacture,flight test,customer service and operation.Throughout the life cycle of the aircraft,customer service plays a pivotal role in the whole process.Due to its business characteristics,we need a wide range of data from the design,manufacture,flight test and operation.Usually these data are diverse and have complex structures,which results in difficult to control the data.Master data management mode breaks the traditional data management way.Through the cleaning,restructure and integration of data,we establish the customer service master database to realize the circulation of the product information in the product life cycle accurately and timely,which ensures the uniqueness,availability,controllability,traceability of the data source and improve the efficiency of work.
