消防部队应对突发事件网络危机信息预警技术研究

互联网的高速发展改变了人们信息交流的方式和效率,随之而来的是突发事件处置中大量网络危机信息的传播。公安消防部门作为突发事件处置的突击和骨干力量,如何加强危机信息监控预警,有效引导网络危机信息健康发展是当前公安消防部门必须面对的重要问题。本文以典型公共安全事件为例,分析并构建了以消防局为中心,下属各单位为支点的网络危机信息预警网络和指标体系,对提高公安消防部门网络危机信息预警意识、预警能力等方面具有一定的参考意义。

The rapid development of the Internet has changed the way people communicate with each other,and followed with the spread of emergency online crisis information.The public security as the backbone of emergency disposal department must face the problem of how to strengthen the crisis monitoring of early warning information,and guide the healthy development of the network crisis information effectively.This paper take a typical public safety event as an example,analysis and construct an early warning of network crisis information index system,which has significance on improving the early warning information consciousness of public security fire department and ability of early warning.
