摘要
本文分析了广西船舶与海洋工程人才现状及目前钦州学院船舶与海洋专业产学研合作的模式和领域,即建设产学研基地,引进企业高级工程技术人员,促进校企战略合作,校企共建工程技术研究中心,政府引导与当地产业和海岸线资源紧密结合,打造学生创新实践基地,营造创新实践氛围;并就下一步搭建产学研平台促进应用型创新性船海人才培养的做了思考,即构建船舶力学试验技术平台、搭建数字化船舶设计和先进制造技术等相关平台做了分析和展望。
Analyzed the talent situation of Guangxi ship and marine engineering and the models of currently Qinzhou university of Naval Architecture and Ocean Cooperative and professional fields,namely constructing research base,introduce some senior engineer from enterprises,promoting strategic cooperation between schools and enterprises,schools and enterprises to build engineering and technology research centers,government guidance closely with local industry and coastline resources,to build students'innovative practice base,creating an innovative practice environment;the next steps,analyzed that how to build a platform for promotion of applied research and innovative talents,which is Construction of the ship mechanical testing technology platform to build digitized ship design and advanced manufacturing technologies and other related platforms.
