头孢呋辛、头孢曲松和头孢噻肟治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of cefuroxime,ceftriaxone and cefotaxime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia in the elderly

目的:探讨头孢呋辛、头孢曲松和头孢噻肟治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的效果。方法:收治老年社区获得性肺炎患者98例,随机分成3组。Ⅰ组用头孢呋辛治疗,Ⅱ组用头孢曲松治疗,Ⅲ组用头孢噻肟治疗,比较3组治疗效果。结果:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的退热时间、治愈时间和细菌清除率明显优于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论:头孢曲松与头孢噻肟治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的效果优于头孢呋辛。

Objective:To explore the effect of cefuroxime,ceftriaxone and cefotaxime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in the elderly.Methods:98cases of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups.TheⅠgroup was treated with cefuroxime;theⅡgroup was treated with ceftriaxone;theⅢgroup was treated with cefotaxime.We compared the therapeutic effect of three groups.Results:In theⅡgroup andⅢgroup,The defervesce time,the time of cure and the rate of bacteria clearance were obviously better than that of theⅠgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ceftriaxone and cefotaxime in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia in the elderly was better than the cefuroxime.
