缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性轻、中度高血压疗效观察

Efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of primary mild and moderate hypertension

目的:探讨缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的效果。方法:收治原发性高血压患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,治疗组采用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压和动态血压均显著改善(P<0.01);治疗组24 h SBP、dSBP、nSBP与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性轻、中度高血压的效果较好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of primary mild andmoderate hypertension.Methods:90patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the controlgroup and the treatment group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the treatment group was treated with valsartan andhydrochlorothiazide.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviouslybetter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and ambulatoryblood pressure in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there were significantdifferences in24hSBP,dSBP and nSBP of the treatment group(P<0.01).There was no difference in the incidence of adversereactions between groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of primary mildand moderate hypertension was better.
