B超引导麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤学习曲线分析

Ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumor learning curve

目的:探讨B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤学习曲线。方法:行B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者54例(98枚肿瘤),回顾分析其病例资料。结果:B组手术时间、术中出血量、旋切刀数以及并发症发生率均明显低于A组(P<0.05);术后1~3个月复查未见患者有肿瘤残留以及复发倾向。结论:彩超引导下行麦默通微创旋切术能够跨越学习曲线,显著缩短切除手术时间,减少患者术中出血量以及旋切刀数,减轻患者的疼痛,有助于患者康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment ofbenign breast tumor learning curve.Methods:54patients(98tumors)with benign breast tumor were underwent ultrasound guidedmammotome minimally invasive surgery were selected.We analyzed the clinical data retrospectively.Results:The operation time,the amount of blood loss,the number of rotary knife and the incidence of complications of the group B were significantly lower thanthose of the group A(P<0.05).There were no tumor residue and recurrence tendency after1～3months review.Conclusion:Ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive surgery to overcome the learning curve,shorten the surgery time,reduce thenumber of rotary cutter and bleeding during operation,reduce the patient's pain and help the rehabilitation of patients.
