摘要
目的:研究盐酸达泊西汀和复方利多卡因乳膏联合用药在治疗早泄中的效果。方法:采用口服盐酸达泊西汀和局部涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏治疗早泄患者68例。治疗前后,使用阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)、早泄问卷评分(CIPE)进行统计学分析。结果:总有效率60.6%,IELT由治疗前的(0.65±0.50)分至治疗后的(4.25±0.45)分;早泄问卷评分(CIPE)由治疗前的(17.53±4.62)分至治疗后的(34.51±2.38)分。结论:盐酸达泊西汀和复方利多卡因乳膏联合用药治疗早泄有较好的疗效。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of the combination of dapoxetine hydrochloride and compound lidocainecream in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods:We used oral administration of dapoxetine hydrochloride and partialapplication of compound lidocaine cream to treat68cases of premature ejaculation.The intra-vaginal ejaculation latencyTime(IELT)and premature ejaculation questionnaire scores(CIPE)were applied before and after the treatment with the statisticalanalysis conducted.Results:The total effective rate was60.6%,the score of IELT raised from(0.65±0.50)before the treatmentto(4.25±0.45)after the treatment.The score of CIPE raised from(17.53±4.62)before the treatment to(34.51±2.38)after thetreatment.Conclusion:The combination of dapoxetine hydrochloride and compound lidocaine cream has a preferable effect in thetreatment of premature ejaculation
