温阳解毒法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(阳虚型)临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(yang deficiency type) with Warming yang detoxication

目的:探讨温阳解毒法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(阳虚型)的疗效。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变(阳虚型)患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。结果:治疗后,治疗组密歇根神经筛查积分、神经传导速度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳解毒法内服、外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(阳虚型)有较为满意的效果。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Warming yang detoxicating therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:60patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with30cases in each group.Results:After the treatment,the Michigan nerve screening score and nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming yang detoxicating with taking orally and washing out has satisfactory effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(yang deficiency type).
