检验科与临床及医务科“危急值”管理情况调查与解决对策分析

Situation investigation and countermeasures of clinical laboratory and clinic and medical department in critical value management

目的:探讨检验科与临床及医务科"危急值"管理情况调查与解决对策。方法:选择"危急值"报告事件4 655例进行分析。结果:以肾内科、急诊科、急诊科门诊及消化科发生危急值最多,主要涉及的检验项目包括出凝血功能、肾功能、电解质、血糖、肌钙蛋白、淀粉酶等;星期一危急值报告最多,星期日最少。结论:检验科与其他临床科室及医务科在危急值报告中需协调合作,并对危急值进行追踪分析,可有效提升医疗质量,降低医疗事故风险。

Objective:To explore the situation investigation and countermeasures of clinical laboratory and clinic and medicaldepartment in critical value management.Methods:We selected critical value reporting events in4655cases for analysis.Results:The incidence rates of nephrology department,emergency department,emergency clinic and digestive department were high.Themain items included coagulation function,kidney function,electrolytes,blood sugar,troponin,amylase.Monday's critical value reportwas the most,Sunday was the least.Conclusion:In critical value report,laboratory departments,other clinical departments andmedical departments should coordinate and cooperate with each other,and analyzed the critical values persistently.It caneffectively improve the medical quality and reduce the risk of medical accidents.
