发育性髋关节发育不良筛查1917例结果分析

Analysis of screening results of developmental dysplasia of hip in 1917 cases

目的:回顾近3年发育性髋关节发育不良的筛查情况,总结经验,完善科内筛查流程。方法:0~12月龄儿童通过发现皮纹不对称、臀部不等宽、双下肢不等长、外展试验阳性、关节弹响等可疑征象,以及儿童独立行走后通过观察儿童走路姿势进行筛查。有阳性体征者转诊到专科医院进行明确诊断。结果:共筛查1 917例,阳性体征转诊219例,共确诊发育性髋关节发育不良4例。结论:社区筛查发育性髋关节发育不良十分必要,可以早发现、早诊断,有效减少残疾发生。

Objective:To review the screening of developmental hip dysplasia in the past three years,to sum up experience andimprove the screening process.Methods:Children aged from0to12months of age were diagnosed by observing the irregularities ofthe striae,the unevenness of the buttocks,the unequal length of the lower limbs,the positive test of the abduction test,the jointsnapping,and the children walking independently check.Those with positive signs should be transferred to a specialist hospital fora definite diagnosis.Results:A total of1917cases were screened,219cases of positive signs were transferred,and4cases ofdevelopmental dysplasia of the hip were diagnosed.Conclusion:Community screening of developmental dysplasia of the hip isnecessary,early detection and early diagnosis can effectively reduce the occurrence of disability.
