摘要
目的:探讨血清25(OH)D_3与维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病患者相关代谢指标的关系。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者100例,同期非2型糖尿病志愿者100例作为对照组。结果:2型糖尿病组(病例组)25(OH)D_3水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),汉族病例组高于维吾尔族病例组(P<0.05);病例组BMI明显高于对照组(P<0.05);维吾尔族病例组胰岛素抵抗指数高于汉族病例组(P<0.05);汉族病例组甘油三酯、总胆固醇低于维吾尔族病例组(P<0.05)。结论:血清25(OH)D_3可能通过直接或间接作用影响胰岛β细胞功能,导致血糖升高,维吾尔族的2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗更为明显。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum25(OH)D3and the related metabolic indexes in patients withtype2diabetes of Uygurs and Han nationality.Methods:100patients with type2diabetes mellitus were selected,and100patientswith non type2diabetes mellitus were selected as the control group.Results:The levels of25(OH)D3in type2diabetes mellitusgroup(the case group)were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Han case group was higher than thatof the Uygur case group(P<0.05);BMI in the case group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05);insulinresistance index in Uygur cases was higher than in the Han case group(P<0.05);triglyceride and total cholesterol of Han casesgroup less than Uygur cases group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum25(OH)D3may affect the function of pancreatic beta cells throughdirect or indirect effects,leading to elevated blood glucose,and the insulin resistance of the Uygur type2diabetic patients is moreobvious.
