中医护理技术对环状混合痔术后疼痛的影响

Effect of TCM nursing techniques on postoperative pain of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

目的:探讨中医护理技术对环状混合痔术后疼痛的影响。方法:收治环状混合痔术后患者60例。对照组采用常规护理方式,治疗组采用中医护理技术干预。结果:治疗组在术后24 h、术后48 h、术后第1次排便及术后1周疼痛评分和对照组对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环状混合痔术后患者采用中医护理技术干预,可以明显缓解患者的疼痛反应,进一步提升临床护理疗效,提高患者的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM nursing techniques on postoperative pain in patients with circumferentialmixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid were treated,and the control group received routinenursing care.The treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques.Results:The differences inthe pain score after24h,48h,first postoperative defecation and1weeks after operation were statistically significant between thetreatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention in patients with circumferential mixedhemorrhoid can obviously relieve the pain reaction of patients,and further improve the clinical nursing effect and improve thepatient's satisfaction.
