农村已婚育龄男性生殖健康现状调查

Survey of reproductive health status among married reproductive age men in rural areas

目的:探讨清水县农村已婚育龄男性的生殖健康现状及影响因素。方法:对清水县计划生育服务站2016年度参加国家免费孕前优生健康检查的男性进行调查。结果:接受检查者男科疾病患病率高达42.3%。结论:要提高农村地区已婚育龄男性的生殖健康水平,需充分发挥基层卫生和计划生育技术服务网络的重要作用,将生殖健康知识渗入到各级、各类培训班的授课内容中,提高男性生殖健康知识的知晓率,促使他们改变不良的生活习惯和传统观念,积极预防男性生殖系统疾病,对已患有生殖疾病的男性进行建档规范治疗,从而逐渐提高男性生殖健康水平。

Objective:To explore the reproductive health status among married reproductive age men in rural areas andinfluencing factors.Methods:We carried out an investigation on men with national free pre pregnancy eugenic health examinationin family planning service station of Qingshui County in2016.Results:The prevalence of male diseases in examiner was42.3%.Conclusion:In order to improve the reproductive health level of married men of reproductive age in rural areas,we need to give fullplay to the important role of primary health care and family planning technical service networks,and we had absorbed theknowledge of reproductive health into the content of various training courses at various levels,thus improving the awareness rate ofreproductive health knowledge,thus enabling them to change their bad habits and traditions.In addition,we need to activelyprevent male reproductive system diseases,and for men who already have reproductive health problems.We should establishstandardized treatment records to gradually improve male reproductive health.
